This is the team log section of our website, this is basically a log of every meeting that our team has, this could be meetings within college or meetings outside of college. The team log will help us keep an up to date account of each and every meeting that our team has this in turn enables us to see how we can make improvements to our trailer or website.

Who was present Whitney-Anne Ideh Jacob Fritze Fadeke Faluyi Eugene Neil What was discussed. in our first meeting we had discussed each and everyone of our skills and how it will relate to our production products like Eugene being good and concepts and convention while Whitney is greatly skilled in the creativity department. we exchanged numbers so that we cold hold group conferences on whats-app and easily access one another where one is late or miss important information for reasons that will be stated. We also sat down together and decided on the group layout of our website and the hardest part of the meeting which was to create our production groups name and logo ideas. Fadeke Faluyi Jacob Fritze Eugene Neil Whitney-Anne Ideh What was discussed In our second crew meeting which was held in the classroom, we were told to come up with a concept in our group and also finish off our website. we discussed mainly the updates on what should have been done and what is going to be done in that time period, which included who was updating the website which was allocated to Jacob and Whitney and Fadeke and Eugene where given the task to complete the concept ideas that will be presented to the class on Wednesday. |

There were various different things that were discussed during this team meeting, the main thing that was discussed was the fact that each stage needed care and time to make it a level 4 standard. Fadeke stated that whatever stage we chose it should suit the individuals skills e.g. whoever is good at Photoshop will do mood board and those who have a talent for writing will do the audience research. It was decided that when we got the work we would stick to the idea that we needed to complete the work, we decided that we would finish all work and wait for feedback and after we got this we would then improve the work to make it a level 4 standard. At the end of this team meeting we decided to do a plan just to see the layout of each of the stages. |

Whitney-Anne Ideh Jacob Fritze Fadeke Faluyi Eugene Neil What was discussed. During this meeting we were told we were to start our pre-production stage as our development stages had some to an end. There are four processes in the pre- production stage: Audience Research. This stage consists of asking questions to our target audience on finding their opinions on what they would prefer, so it gives us a clear idea of what would interest our audience. Mood Board. This stage is where we put our idea together and see what would work and what suits the trailer. This mood board is not to be done on Word, rather on Photoshop, so it can have that professional look. Storyboard and Animatic. This stage enables us to work on a real trailer and incorporate it into how our trailer would look like. We were given a trailer of the the same sub-genre and will be making cuts where they made cuts so we can have a feel of how a trailer is made. Drafting. This stage is where the magazine front cover and poster will be drafted. We have to make 6 drafts of each. This is so we have a variety of ideas to choose from. We were given 3 weeks to complete this stage. We then spoke about our strengths and weaknesses and decided on who would take care of what, as there are 4 people in the group and 4 stages. Fadeke - Audience Research. Eugene - Mood Board. Jacob - Storyboard and Animatic. Whitney-Anne - Drafting. We will be having a meeting sometime next week to see where everyone is at so we are able to meet the deadline as well as making sure our work is A* quality. |

Who was Present: Whitney-Anne Ideh Jacob Fritze Fadeke Faluyi Eugene Neil What was discussed? Various different things were discussed within this team log/meeting one of the main things that were discussed within this meeting was the fact that we needed to make various improvements to our website to make it the best that it could be. Firstly it was decided that Eugene was allocated to do the brief intro to our homepage, also an intro to our treatment and concept and a brief explanation for our summer work. Jacob was allocated to do various tasks such as update crew profile photos, put a banner on the website and male pictures bigger. Whitney was made to proof read the textual analysis, we decided that this would be useful because if there were any mistakes then Whitney could correct it and this would make our textual the best that it could be. Finally Fadeke was allocated the task of doing an evaluation of changes mad and also a brief explanation of summer work was needed just to explain to our audience what we did throughout the summer. As I stated above this team log mainly involved allocating tasks for each individual to make changes to our website and if this is done hopefully it will make an improvement to our website. Each and every member volunteered to do different tasks that suit there skills and speciality. This was a smooth team log as everybody contributed and we all decided to do different tasks. |

During this this team log again there were various different things were discussed, the main topic was just to see the different things that everyone in our crew did improved i.e. the tasks that they were allocated. Our team seemed to have had finished each task they were allocated, this itself was good news as we were then able to understand our website was of a higher standard because of the changes that were made. Including discussing the improvements that were made we also discussed things that we could do to just touch up the look of our website. Fadeke also stated that she was going to cut video different people for her audience research, we all agreed with this as we said a video would give our audience a different media and this would in turn make the website more interesting. During this team log we knew that we had one week to complete our section. |

During this team log we just discussed the stage we were on e.g. how much work we had done on the page relating to the page we were allocated. We then found that we were all mostly on track for completing the stages on time. Because of this we were able to come to the conclusion that we were all on track so we did nit need to discuss to much during this team meeting. The only thing that we needed to do was to maintain time keeping skills i.e. not to fall behind. |

This team log consisted of a plan of how to improve our work, after looking at the feedback received from Mr Stott we decided to work through the improvements during this lesson, each and every member decided that they would do the improvements that related to the stage that was allocated to them. Fadeke, Whitney Jacob and Eugene all made suggestions such as taking different roles within the team e.g. We could help out in other aspects of the website even if it was not our section, we all agreed because we decided that working together would be much more productive. The team then finished the team meeting and they went into the mac room to continue with their work. |

This team log was vital as we received things that we needed to do to make our website the best in could be e.g. changes each person needed to make to their section to make the better reach a higher standard/quality. We decided that we needed to complete each improvement to make the website better, most of the improvements were simple things such as change the picture on a certain page, this is just to make the website look better and more appealing to the audience. Whitney decided to do small changes such as changing website structure and adding GIF's just to make the website more appealing, Fadeke, Jacob and Eugene just said that they would do their improvements. |

This team log again was very similar to the ones before, we were told that the deadline was on the 21th of November, so we needed to make sure that we were on top of all the work. We compared the work that we had done and Fadeke took notes on each and every aspect that was completed, she also noted things that we needed to do to make sure that everything was completed. We did a quick check up as to who has done what and what has been completed and what was left to be completed. We made sure we were aware of what we had to do in order to meet the deadline set. We also analysed our work to see if we had any little bits to change or anything to add. |

Who was present? Whitney-Anne Ideh Jacob Fritze Fadeke Faluyi Eugene Neil What was discussed? During this team log we were told that it was our turn to do the magazine and the poster pictures. Whitney stated that she would do the make-up and it was also decided that Eugene would be the model taking the photos, this is because Whitney decided to use Eugene for this task. Jacob decided that he would be the one doing the camera work i.e. taking the picture, this is because he is the one who worked on the camera section and because of this he is the one who has the most knowledge regarding camera techniques and skills. After this was decided we then found out the Ms Sorrell would be taking the picture for the magazine and the poster, because of this it was then decided that Jacob would do the behind the pictures, this is just because we want to show the audience different aspects of the poster and magazine in the making. Fadeke decided that she would be one of the cult members in the photo for the magazine, we decided that this would create a much more eerie felling for the magazine, it will also show the antagonist and as we said it will give the audience a glimpse of the movie. Regarding the work/production stage of our website we found that our members were on top of there work and it was then decided that we just needed to complete our section and do the improvements that needed to be done just to make the website the highest standard that it can be. |

Who was present? Whitney-Anne Ideh Jacob Fritze Fadeke Faluyi Eugene Neil What was discussed? During this team meeting there were various different things that were discussed, one of the main things that were discussed was the fact that the if we had completed each section of our website. We were able to come to the conclusion most of the work produced was on a level 3 standard, we just needed to make a few changes to move the work up to a level 4 standard, it was stated that we just needed to do a few things such as changing the font on our homepage, we also needed to do small things such as insert images of out team on out team log and also we just needed to upload out post production video. During the lesson we searched for our production video but we could not find it so we came to the conclusion that we would have to re-do the post production video. Hopefully after we have done all of these improvements our website will be a level 4 standard. |

Who was present? Whitney-Anne Ideh Jacob Fritze Fadeke Faluyi Eugene Neil What was discussed? During this team log we were discussing moving on to the editing stage and magazine and poster stage. We just stated that we needed to do some touch ups on our pre-production stage e.g. add in images and just add a few team logs. We also discussed re-shoots, Jacob stated that we had enough shoots but we just needed to add in shoots of more blood and gore, he stated that this would give the trailer a more slasher/horror feeling. As stated above there were various different things that we needed to do for the next stage and for the pre-production stage we just needed to do touch up's. |

During this team log we discussed various different things, one of the main points raised was the fact that we had finished the poster and magazine, this itself was an important topic as we were able to see the poster and magazine completed and we were able to judge and evaluate how the poster and the magazine met the general conventions. When discussing this we found that both the poster and the magazine did meet the general conventions of poster and magazines e.g. barcode, main image, title etc. |

Who was present? Whitney-Anne Ideh Jacob Fritze Fadeke Faluyi Eugene Neil What was discussed? during this team log we discussed the post production stage of our trailer, during this team log we found that our trailer again met most of the conventions for a horror trailer, this was a positive for the team as we were able to come to the conclusion that the trailer symbolised horror and the conventions of horror. Futhermore the fact that we had evaluated the trailer together enabled us to establish what went well and also what we could have done to make the trailer even better. Overall the trailer did have a good feeling to it as it did symbolise horror also the fact that it built up tension to the final scene also gives us the feeling that the trailer did signify horror and it also followed general conventions that is why it does have a good feeling about it. |
